Technical Support Services

For Technology assistance, please contact the Service Desk by calling 281-891-6357. You can also click the icon on the right to enter a work order request in Service Now.

What is ServiceNow? It is the new Spring ISD ticketing tool for requesting assistance from the Technology Department. The new tool will allow Technology Team members to better manage incident (break/fix) and service requests (I need technology) tickets. The data from these tickets can then be used to track technology performance metrics to ensure customer needs are met.

If you need something fixed (my computer stopped working) - submit an Incident Ticket

If you need something from Technology (new telephone installation) - submit a Service Request Ticket

Remember a ticket is necessary for all Technology assistance requests!

  • There is an annual requirement for ALL employees to approve of the Employee Handbook and Acceptable Use Policy. You may get calls related to this initiative. Please explain to users this is not spam/phishing but a District requirement.
